Quality Assurance Officer (GLP/ISO15189) (Location Schaijk)
In this position, you will guide processes regarding Quality Assurance (QA) matters within our company. The focus will be on implementation of proper quality standards and guidelines and meeting GLP and ISO15189 requirements. You will be in touch with multiple people throughout the company, to make sure all processes are aligned. As such, you will be working in the QA department of Viroclinics Biosciences Xplore, which currently consists of one QA manager headed by the vice president QA. You will be working at our location in Schaijk Xplore, where our pre-clinical department is situated.
The following tasks will be a part of your responsibilities:
- Review and follow up of deviations, corrective/ preventive actions (CAPA) and change control (continuous improvement);
- Performing internal and supplier audits;
- Performing facility- and study based inspections;
- Review of quality related documents.
Personal competences
We are looking for a colleague who is approachable and can handle a dynamic work environment. You are solution oriented and have good communication skills. You work accurately and are able to work at a high level of independency, but can also operate as a team player. Furthermore, your organization and reporting skills need to be excellent.
Required education and experience
- Completed education at HBO level, or HBO work and thinking level;
- Experience with guidelines and implementation of quality processes;
- Min 1-3 years of work experience in a similar working environment or position;
- Experience as (lead) auditor;
- Excellent English language skills, both verbally and written.
Terms of employment
QA Officer is a new position for 32-40 hours a week. We offer you a salary that corresponds with your education, experience and our company policy. We offer you a one-year contract with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract upon good performance. Furthermore, you will receive 8% holiday allowance and travel allowance.
